Vinyl, Names
& Numbers
Names, numbers, and crisp single-color graphics for teams and quick jobs, heat pressed right here in Meridian since 1990.
Names, Numbers & Single-Color Graphics
Heat transfer vinyl is the right call when you need sharp lettering, roster numbers, or a clean single-color logo on a small batch. It is fast, durable, and there is no big minimum to clear.
Names & Numbers
Player names and roster numbers cut and pressed onto jerseys and team tees. Perfect when every piece needs to be a little different.
Single-Color Graphics
Clean, crisp one-color logos and text. Vinyl gives you sharp edges and a bold look without the screen setup of a big print run.
Small Quantities
Need just a handful of shirts? Vinyl shines on low quantities where screen printing would not pencil out.
Quick-Turn Jobs
Simple vinyl is one of our fastest methods. Standard turnaround is about 10 business days, and straightforward jobs often come back faster.
Where Heat Transfer Vinyl Wins
Every job is decorated in-house at our Meridian shop. Here is where vinyl is the smart pick over screen print.

Team Names & Numbers
Personalized rosters for teams and leagues across the Treasure Valley. Each shirt or jersey gets its own name and number, pressed to last.

Jerseys & Sports Kits
Athletic jerseys and sports kits with crisp lettering and bold numbers. The go-to for getting a squad game-ready without a big minimum.

Single-Color Logos
One-color logos and text on tees, hoodies, and bags. Vinyl keeps the edges sharp and the look clean on smaller orders.

Small Quantities
A dozen shirts or a handful for a crew. Vinyl works great at low quantities, so small batches are no problem at all.

Quick-Turn Jobs
Deadline coming up fast? Simple vinyl jobs move quickly through our heat press. Ask about a rush and we will tell you straight what we can hit.

Personalization
Custom names, titles, and call signs for staff shirts and team captains without printing a whole run.

Vinyl Or Screen Print? Here Is The Call
Heat transfer vinyl is cut from colored film and pressed onto the garment, which makes it ideal for sharp lettering, roster numbers, and one-color graphics on small batches. There is no screen setup, so it stays efficient even on a single piece.
Screen printing wins on bigger runs and detailed, multi-color art where the per-shirt cost drops as quantity climbs. Not sure which way to go? Tell us your quantity and design and we will point you to the method that fits the job and the budget.

Vinyl & Names FAQ
Heat transfer vinyl is colored film that we cut to your design, weed, and press onto the garment with heat. It is the right pick for names, numbers, and clean single-color graphics, especially on small quantities and quick-turn jobs. For larger runs or detailed multi-color art, screen printing is usually the better value, and we are happy to point you to the right method.
Yes, that is one of the things vinyl does best. We can press a different name and number on every jersey or team tee, so each piece is personalized for the player. Send us your roster list with your quote request and we will lay it all out.
When it is pressed at the right time and temperature, vinyl holds up well through regular wear and washing. Turn the garment inside out and wash cold to get the most life out of names, numbers, and graphics.
Vinyl is a single or spot-color method, so each piece of film is one solid color. You can mix colors across a design by layering, and we will match your team or brand colors as closely as the available vinyl allows. If your art needs full color or fine detail, we will suggest DTF or screen printing instead.
Yes. Our shop is at 1510 N Main St in Meridian, minutes from I-84, so local pickup is easy. We can also arrange delivery or shipping if that works better for your team.
